With limited space in the city and ever increasing demand for real estate, redevelopment projects try to bridge the gap of these two paradoxical propositions.

This redevelopment offers an increased area for the existing flat holders and shopkeepers with modern amenities and state of the art construction quality. The building boasts a modern look with brick cladding for facade, an aesthetic charm that's timeless. The building embodies eleven floors with four residential flats on each floor, and four shops on the ground floor.

The building offers flats with different modules ranging from 2BHK, 3BHK and 3.5BHK. The shops are provided with an 18 feet clear height and with a mezzanine floor, which increases the existing carpet area of shopkeepers by approx 50%.

 

Every flat holder is provided with a car parking in a pit-puzzle format complying with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) standards. The Society is also provided with a hanging garden above the Shops which is visible from the main road, this elevates the look and feel of the social surrounding.
