Tranquilla are luxurious family villas with a modern architectural aesthetic, set amidst serene & lush pastures of Akluj, Maharashtra.

They are catered with eight bedrooms and are designed for large/joint families. The architecture draws queues from Vastushastra, where the central area or the courtyard is an open space and the rest of the layout is laid in an harmonious grid pattern.

It is also furnished with a study which can also be used as an office to entertain people should you wish to.

 

The first floor has an ample space which can be converted into play areas with table tennis or pool tables which overlook the central courtyard.
