This project is a a service apartment by millennials for millennials. With fresh and pop colours this eclectic style for interiors is chosen to appeal to a diverse guest-list of work-play balancing visitors of the city. Located at NIBM road, this 4.5 BHK apartment is complete with a plunge pool, spa and home theatre. Designed to accommodate friends and family, work colleagues and holidayers who have their work a laptop away.
With fresh modern vibes the open plan of the apartment seats upto 16 people in the common area, and has small breakaway spaces to cater to smaller groups.
Divided along a pool table, the living is programmatically separate yet distinctly connected to the main house. The outer deck at the plunge pool serves as an extension of the living offering panoramic view of the hills beyond.
