Hex Media
Advertisement Office
Area: 4,000 sq.ft.
Architecture & Interior. July 2020
Hex Media, a true oxymoron, is an advertisement & branding startup located away from prying eyes in the lush wilderness of Baner hills. Edging on the protected forest, this re-converted 4000sq.ft of industrial shed, will be home to 20 employees & their infinite creativity.
This humble shed with its large picture openings & brick facade stays true to its industrial origins. Skylights flood the interiors with ample daylight making the space vibrant. The green roof blends Hex Media into its natural surroundings. A rustic, humble shell conceals within itself a large vibrant colourful creative space. Much like advertisements, themselves, the architecture of this adventurous office, reveals much more upon closer inspection.
The interior palette is myriad using lots of vibrant colours, natural materials and textures. A warm orange bloom doubles as an extended waiting lounge and informal discussion room. An azure presentation room blocks out the centre of the office. A slate minimal conference room holds view to the scenic exterior. A bright red staircase leads way from a spacious courtyard to a cozy lounge area upstairs.

The partitions between spaces are neutral hues of birch wood and a continuous white ceiling ties this colorful space together. Balancing the neutral with the pop, this open and naturally lit space tries to embrace the warm culture set by the millennial founders of the office.
